Yeah possibly. I actually wonder if they may try to trade him by the deadline. Would probably be the smart thing to do as they build up there team for next year when they host the Memorial Cup.

Yeah who knows. He was down here late last year with Watt and Armstrong. They didnt play but I have to say he is huge. He makes Baldwin and Pelech look like little boys

I haven't followed him as close in previous years, but seeing as they are hosting the Mem Cup next year, what are the odds he comes to camp with the Flames next year, doesn't make the squad, and ends up back in Brandon as a 20 year old?

I don't know if that is the best thing for him, but technically it is an option. I really can't see it happening, as stay-at-home type defenceman aren't usually used for 20 year old spots, especially on a Mem Cup team, and especially on a prospect that seems to be on the right track to make the big club. But if anyone with more knowledge about the subject could let me know, I would appreciate it.

Sutter said something about not having prospects play 5 years of junior unless absolutely necessary. He'll play in QC next year.
