oh well.

Just don't go to the B's board guys..try to stay classy. Let them have their fun. We had ours 8 times last season.

Recipe for an undeserving loss

-1 measure of Chris lee
-2 blind refs
-One tablespoon of lucky Thomas
-a zest of 5 on 3

Let it cook for 60 mins and you got yourself 1 frustrating loss

Dumb penalties from the Kostitsyn brothers. It's a common factor in Habs games.

Chris Lee + Thomas standing on his head (sometimes literally) = Habs loss.

Yep. The 5-on-3 (both penalties) were a joke, as was the boarding major.

Next...

That was definitely undeserving of a 5 minute major, in fact I thought it was just bad luck on Ward's part, shouldn't of even been a 2 minute minor IMO.

Then again, what sunk us was the 5on3, and Hammer was pretty dumb for taking it.

Pissed I missed this game... was it a close one?

With our injuries I expected a blowout... I can sleep well knowing the boys at least put out a good effort.

Chris Lee deserved a star, he assisted both of Chara's goals.

Thomas played great, he was the difference. If we managed to score a couple in the first period then it could have been a different story.

Bogus call on AKost but it happens.

Meh...kind of a boring game if you ask me.

So, to the people who've been able to watch, anyone come out of it thinking the Bruins are much better than the Habs?

Just asking, because from what I've seen and read, it certainly didn't sound that way.

It happens, it didn't put the Bruins out of reach, there's still a good chance Tim Thomas comes down a bit from his incredible high, and from what I gather, it was a game that was going to be decided by a mistake and it was Chris Lee who did it.

Great moves by Carbo. Lapierre line on the PP and with 2 mins left, after an icing too. Great coaching.

Again...blame the refs all you want boys, Thomas and the fact that we stopped playing our game after the 1st is the reason we lost.

It's been a long time since we didn't see a nice 60-minute effort and tonight was one of them. Not that great of a game despite Thomas making several nice saves.

Blaming it squarely on the refs is ridiculous.

We had our chances around Thomas, we just didn't bury them. We should have come out of the 1st period with a lead.

Don't forget a HORRIBLE penalty by Hamrlik to give them that 2 minute long 5 on 3.

When you enter the 3rd down against that team, you are ****ed.

just calm down Harry. It's reasons like that you were voted "most bipolar" Habs fan.

Yes, Chris Lee sucks but we can't whine about refs after every freaking loss.

It's unbelievable how a tiny goalie who break-dance in his net can recover so quickly to make an incredible save. This guy must be elastic man. Never seen that much flexibility and speed in a goalie, ever. He's also extremely lucky.

Montreal played well enough to win but Thomas was better. A good road effort. I didn't agree with some calls but I say that pretty much every game.

Thomas bailed them out time and again tonight.

Back home to host the preds. Hopefully we have a few bodies back in the lineup.

The refs gave them an advantage for diving, but we could have keep up, Thomas got lucky saves, we could have keep up, only Thomas also made some sick saves, that we couldn't keep up.

I think it's pretty clear that it's a lot about Julien than the players....they were without some nice players tonight and still the guys that they called up are just playing the same in your face game.

We hate teams that play that kind of game.

Laps line was our best line by far.

Stop blaming Carbs each time we lose.

Let them celebrate...geez it's not like they are going to win the cup or anything.

I just don't see Thomas doing this in the playoffs. Maybe regular season but in a 7 game series, this guy won't come through. Just his unorthadox style.

Either way, Habs played a better game than the B's but their goalie stole it for them on this night (5 on 3 was also a gift). We have way more key injuries than the B's and still took it to them for the majority of the game.
