Unfortunately, I am going to Iraq and not Afghanistan.

Kuwait is one big ashtray but for the week or two I'm here I will have most of the luxuries of home. Aside from some long lines they have everything a normal military base has. Hell, they have a Starbucks, Pizza place, donut shop, burger king, KFC, 3 PXs, 3 MWR facilities, and tons of internet cafes and call centers. So, there isn't anything I need here. Once I get into Iraq I might need some things but nothing yet. Well, pictures of ex-girlfriends doing naughty things would be nice...
Today my goal is to track down a power converter (everything runs off 220 here) and find an ATM that works. Other than that I am pretty well set.
Oh, and the Eagles suck. I stayed up until 3 AM watching that piece of ****.
Kuwait is one big ashtray but for the week or two I'm here I will have most of the luxuries of home. Aside from some long lines they have everything a normal military base has. Hell, they have a Starbucks, Pizza place, donut shop, burger king, KFC, 3 PXs, 3 MWR facilities, and tons of internet cafes and call centers. So, there isn't anything I need here. yeah, the eaglers were a bitter disappointment. and the converter thing is a pain. whenever i go abroad, i always have to convert all of my electronics.
