Wow. Osgood completely took the net off.

Callin Marty but not Ozzy.

Hah, Osgood with the same ply as Turco, just a little better acting skills.

That's why I roll my eyes when people claim Turco is the only guy who bumps his own net off.

1-0 Wings.

Was wondering when they'd wake up.

Wow, on the replay Marty didn't even look close on that one.

There's that high tip again, this time off a turnover. Turco was overcommitted but also completely screened by the untouched Red Wing in front (again).

At least Turco has mastered the art of comedy.

OK, that was an extremely easy save. The deflection happened wayyyyyy out at the top, Turco clearly saw it.

That should never get past any NHL goaltender.

Except ours, of course.

He wasn't screened at all. He had a clear lane and saw the puck the entire way.

No. But Turco is never in the wrong with you, so does it matter?

so what's the message here... having Turco being at fault for half the goals scored against us is alright?

Having a guy in front of your face at the top of the crease isn't screened?

Dude, he should have made the save, but Franzen (I think) was in his lap with neither Daley nor his partner controlling him. Plus the whole thing resulting from a piss poor turnover in the defensive zone.

It's hard to get mad at Sydor for getting deked by Datsyuk. It doesn't even seem fair that the 2 should have the possibility of playing against each other.

In his lap? You mean off to the side, not obstructing his view...

Turco should have had the first one. Daley or his partner also should have been on Franzen, and the turnover never should have happened. Why is one mistake worse than the other when they all led to the end result?

Good night!

I hope you're not serious.

Sydor can get away with a crappy effort on defense but Turco can't get away with Franzen flying infront of him to cause him to lose sight of the puck?
