personally, i'd rather see those fights switched.

i'd laugh my ass off to see Malkin lay out Ovie for the runs he's taken at him in the past. probably won't happen though...

and as for Sid vs. Semin, well.....the dick puncher vs. the slap fighter. epic

probably won't happen either...

woohoo. Get to see Ovechkin charging at Malkin all game long. And a Crosby vs Semin fight would make my week.

Crosby would jump Semin, Semin would escape and start drumming Crosby's head.

Ovechkin then hits Malkin from behind, which results in the three other Penguins skaters and Fleury chasing him. Brashear comes out of nowhere and hits Crosby, who looked to be winning the fight with Semin. Ovechkin and Malkin then drop the gloves, where Malkin is one-punched from behind by Theodore, and Semin goes to him and starts drumming his head as well.

Ovechkin, Malkin, Semin, Theodore, and Fleury all get ejected, while Crosby skates away scotfree, albeit a bit hurt from the Brashear hit. When play resumes, Brashear hits him again, and he gets concussed, resulting in another brawl, where Johnson and Sabourin fight.

With no goalies for either team, the game becomes a blowout, as Shaone Morrisonn, now Washington's goalie, stops all the shots he faces, while Brooks Orpik, who became Pittsburgh's goalie, kept failing at making Dominik Hasek-esque saves.

End result: 7-0 Washington, all seven goals in the final five minutes of play.

I'm too demoralized to stick up for my team, Washington is going to absolutely destroy us unfortunately.

I'm sure someone has bought Semin a pair of bongos with Crosby's face on the drumskins.

Also looking forward to seeing Ovechkin v. Malkin, although I admit OV made himself look like a damn fool last time.

It wouldn't be the first time Semin pelted Crosby in the face.

Went there.

The Caps are going to roll the Pens this time. Hopefully bad enough that MT's never seen or heard from again.

Not really. However much we suck, there's seemingly always a good chance we beat the Caps. Flyers in Philly... not so much.

The only good that will come from this back to back is Therrien getting canned. Realistically, he couldn't survive losing 10 of 11, and falling to 22-23rd in the NHL. Right?

Franky Flyer fan, The way the Penguins are playing both games could be one sided unless there is a coaching change between the two games.

The Flyers are going to run the Pens into next week in their own building and then the Caps are going to do a lot of the same.

The Pens have gone to junk.

Ha. Hahaha. I just got it.

It'd be so much less funny if the Pens didn't suck right now. :|

You are right. If there is one team capable of giving the Pens a hand up off the floor its the Caps.

On the other hand Shero is from the David Poile school....see Barry Trotz. Trotz=Therrien=your nightmare.

If we let the freakin' Washington Capitals go to 0-2 on this season, I might just lose it.

We've owned them since the beginning of time, and if that changes, it will be the worst thing that could conceivably happen to this franchise at this point (other than missing the playoffs).

First, we'll be slaughtered tomorrow night in Philly.
