There's a new format? Hadn't heard about that, fair enough then.

What are they doing about the goalies this year? Someone should tell them to stop pokechecking everything and let the fans enjoy the moves.

How long until there's whining about how he doesn't deserve to be there.

Well if I can remember clearly, he did nothing spectacular during the Habs open practice, where they were also receiving ''notes'' for their efforts. I hope he will practice something.

DING! off the crossbar.

Luckily it doesn't matter if he scores in this shootout. It's all about style.

Love to see him do the accuracy targets with one hand and pucker could probably pull it off

Great response!!! That half deke to the right, slide the backhand five-hole move is unstoppable!

I have a feeling that Kovalev will do something amazing in this shootout.

Winning is not the #1 thing. They want to win THEIR way.....even if it means they're handicapping themselves.

He's gonna do it with Crosby, Getzlaf, Kane and Ovechkin.

I'm sure he's going to do something ridiculous. In his AK27 DVD, there's a line where he says:
"All you have to do is put puck between legs, turn around, slapshot top shelf"

Kovy will throw the puck in the air, dance the moonwalk, drop his gloves, put them back, and will do the Carey Price celebration before shooting the puck in the net.
