You are delusional if you think Boston has a reputation for diving......it is common knowledge that the habs are notorious for their diving and they get a shetload of calls when they are at the Bell Centre as a result of it....hey - it works for them...until the refs put a stop to it - i don't blame them.

But don't even try to tell me the B's are knowon for diving
I'm sorry I overreacted, but the whole diving crap is only ever brought up by Bruins fans, and the odd Leafs/Sens fans.

But you guys seriously push it over the edge. I never said the Habs don't dive, but they aren't miles worse than any other team in the league.

Maybe so....but that's why it's an awesome rivalry. You gotta admit that the playoffs last year and the games this year have been some of the most intense and emotional hockey in recent memory. It's great for the NHL, for both teams and their fans.

I'm going to bed....take care

Well that, I doubt many people are going to disagree on.

Love it. This is the type of harmless fun the NHL needs to promote.

Quite frankly, habs on the ice were ******* for not doing anything to Thomas. You dont have to fight the guy, you at least give him a shove back.

PS: Before I get jumped on, I am a goalie and I am all for goalies getting their ***** kicked if they do something as stupid as THomas did. Im not knocking on Thomas for that but I hope he was prepared to stand up for himself after that.

Haha, I don't blame them for not going after Thomas. The guy himself is intimidating enough, but Chara was also on the ice when it happened. There really isn't much the Habs could have done physically without making it worse for themselves.

You mean AK deserved to get a stick in the face? Is it really what you're advocating for??

Hum. How many game have you seen him play? I saw all of his game of his whole NHL carreer and no, AK isn't a dirty player.

BTW, it wasn't even boarding against Ward. It was a side check. Look at the replay. AK got a penalty only because Ward fell like a bag of potatoes. And because Chris Lee was the ref.

A stick in the face is much more dangerous than that.

Cheap hit, can't believe people are actually praising Thomas for this. That's ridiculous.

This is a thread?

Thomas is an idiot. The hit wasn't that bad anyway. He was just sour AK scored a goal on his floppy ass.

Oh and Bruins fans, I can't believe Ward got injured by a girl. What a softie.

Where's Laraque when you need him ? Make him run that ****tie goalie, smack Chara on the way too, 2 for 1, might as well make it worth.

Or he should have just thrown his mask down the ice, and let Patrick Roy kick some ass again.
