Great way to start, home loss against a struggling Pens team, and an away loss against a team that has won 4 home games out of 20 or so.

his job is to stop the first shot, and the next if possible. it's not his fault that absolutely nobody (jones) tied up the man who got the rebound after one of the players (jones) didn't clear the zone

First 2 goals were across the slot making him go across the crease to stop it, not his fault. Last goal was partly his fault for the rebound but it's mostly the defense's fault for whacking off while Craig crashed the net.

Meh. I don't know why everyone's complaining. I expect mistakes....our team's totally messed up with all the injuries.

It's the defense's fault in general. The ****ing TAMPA BAY LIGHTNING have 32 shots on net. In 40 minutes.

Just saying, but I would have taken the time-out after the second goal...

Poor excuse. Defense is mostly healthy at this point, but not having Kimmo...you see what is happening.

Otherwise, we're pretty much where we need to be. We were winning without Briere.

At that rate Biron's gonna be facing the amount of shots Kiprusoff does.....only he's not the Kipper.

Biron is STILL more immobile than a quadriplegic in a coma.

And, YES, I went there too.

I agree, I was thinking the same thing. Or at least after the 3rd...they scored 3 goals in about a minute span -- thats called a total team breakdown. So, take a breather, get a regroup going.

I don't know directly after that, but that's a tough spot to take a time out right before the end of the period. They were still getting run around in the zone on the next shift, should have been then to call it. Not sure if there was a stoppage between goals. The Flyers played for the end of the period while Tampa did not.

Rocket...thats a pretty ****ed up thing to say. I guess you also forgot when Marty sprawled across and stopped a point-blank shot from Lecavalier.

Oh no....now Lupul is singing and playing guitar. ****.
