Don't worry, it would never get to that point. Murray would have laughed his ass off and hung up the phone long before Anaheim could start thinking about trading Ryan for Heatley.

Not really sure to be honest. I doubt we'd trade Heatley for Ryan and Perry. Heatley is worth more than that to us I reckon.

Probably a package like: Young star defender, blue-chip prospect, first, and a second. Probably more or less depending on the names in the package.

You wouldn't trade Heatley for Ryan and Perry?

Burke laughs at you from Toronto.

You should have stopped when you said you wouldn't even consider trading a player who, if he completely fills his potential might be as good as Heatley, for Heatley.

You know, age and contract may have some kind of influence...

What exactly have Ryan and Perry done that would make us drool over the prospect of shipping out a top 5, if not top 3, winger in the league?

Completely fills his potential? I can see Bobby Ryan scoring 50 goals and putting up 70 assist. I would argue his potential is higher then Heatley. On the other hand, I would trade Perry in a heartbeat.

At age 21, Bobby Ryan is a PPG player playing with Parros/Ebbett/Morrison/Carter. He is averaging .45 goals per game.
