This season the Caps have rarely rolled over against good teams. We all know that the 7-1 Philly game was misleading. The only other real blowouts against good teams were the 7-2 loss to SJ and the 5-0 loss to Buffalo.
You can count on the Caps to bring it against the top teams...that I've learned.

It appears that Karl has a fragile psyche in that the fear of demotion was affecting his play. It was quite easy to see his play drop off when the rumors were swirling that we were nearing full health. Once a player has developed physically, he must develop mentally. I am glad Bruce also recognized that and spoke to the greenhorn. After facing a forward rushing the puck at you 10000 times, the game becomes largely mental.
Can't wait to watch this game...Boston always has trouble with the Caps and personally I think the Bs are overrated. Let's destroy them.
I think that is the other way around. Isnt it? The Caps have the 10-2 blow out win last season. The other three games were a 2-1W, a 2-1L and a 2-0L. The season before that the Caps had three OTL's and a one goal L. Caps are 3-3-3 in the last 9 games vs the B's.
