It's funny to see the BJ board so confident in a win.

Truth be told, that team doesn't worry me at all. Decent defense, below average offense and a solid rookie goaltender who is already coming back to Earth.

Meanwhile, the Oilers are really starting to ramp it up.

Realistically, we should take this game by 2 or 3 goals.

Why do we keep having to play these freaking joke organizations?

CBJ has never made the playoffs, they most definately wont this year.

6-0 oilers in a tale of a playoff team vs a non playoff team

Good.

We can proceed to light him up like the Canucks did.

simply huge game tonight.... i raelly have no idea how this game will play out either... we haven't exactly been stellar at home this year and the BJs are on a roll, but we have actually been playing some fairly solid hockey in the past 7-10 days

a win sure would help our late season push though

Realistically? We should put up a stinker tonight. We've won two in a row. We're ripe for another crap performance.

Hoping for a good one, and I think they have played better the last few games, but this is far far far from a gimme.

How anybody can look at Columbus' lineup, with a true franchise player in Nash, great young rookies in Voracek, Filatov, great secondary guys like Williams and Peca, and think the Oilers are somehow a better team then them... I don't get it.

The reality is player for player, Columbus is very similar to us. So all this nonsense about them being a joke of a team should end now.

That's true, the Oilers tend to lay a stinker in games where by all accounts they should win.

Columbus has a decent offense as I said but they're riding on a rookie goaltender who is stumbling a little bit and their defense leaves a lot to be desired.

I think the Oilers are a better team offensively, defensively and in possibly in net. Roloson has the playoff experience.

Yup. I like Hemsky more then Nash, I like Horcoff more then whoever plays centre there. I like our youth better then theirs. I like our defense better then theirs. I like their goaltending better then ours though.

Well, they're going to come rub it in our faces after they supposedly win tonight.

Be afraid.

I get super angry when our players get concussed by *********s and nothing is done about it, by the league or the players.

Oilers head into the break looking good with a 5-2 win

CLAP CLAP

and I'll throw in a giggity for good measure
I agree. Nashville is slowly slipping out of playoff contention. Pouliot for Tootoo anyone?

More than 5 players on the team. Nash and Huselious(sp?) are the only two producing on that team. Our defence crushes Columbus BJ's.

Huge game, we really need to take this one to go into the break with confidence. 5-2 Gagner with 2. Hemmer with 2 points.
