We have our chances. Price did good at the start of the game but I do believe as well that it's a shot he should've stop.

Clemmensen just made some brillant saves and that's one brillant save Price should be making as well.

Long way to go yet, but NJ is looking very good so far.
This team lost its focus, starting with period #3 in Ottawa. It seems missing and it will be a long all-star break figuring out how to get it back if we don't wake up here. And BTW, is there any other team in the league that struggles that badly in another team's rink? We must have the worst case of that when it comes to the Devils. It's not the worst ever, of course. I think the Penguins did not win a single game in Philadelphia at the Spectrum between 1974 and 1989 or something like that.

Maybe this has been already said, but, Sergei has really not looked like an NHL player for most of this year.

I found that a little strange as well. I thought he'd atleast be out on the 2nd PP unit.

His record is 19-8-1 which is pretty darn good in Brodeurs absence

But now Scott Clemmenson is beating us again (this would give him 3 victories over us this season and Marty used to be our excuse!). I swear, they could dress Loic Lacasse and beat us. That's how cursed we seem to be @Jersey. Oh well, still time left.

Yep, that would be genius.
I have been saying that since the beginning of the year! Smolinski was a devil killer

I didn't see it, but come on man, you can't blame a goalie if it's a breakaway. That's a team collapse, yeah you'd like Price to bail you out but the team is at fault for allowing it to be a situation where your goalie has to make a breakaway save, especially in a situation where Price has only played a period in the last couple weeks.

Clarkson and Stewart initiating their next meeting? Not sure that Stewart will have the advantage there....

Why do we always get scored the first goal on against the Devils?

It seems like we're the least aware bench in the league. Countless bad changes and guys from other teams that keep going on break aways.

At least the Habs keep attacking.

Marty started winning Vezinas but then forgot about how to win in the playoffs. I think their system supports a guy like Brodeur but to think he isn't a main part of their success is kinda ignorant. They'd be better right now with Brodeur than Clemmer I think. And they're good right now anyway! Every time we played the Devils with Brodeur in net, he was huge and amazingly good even when we won. He rarely has had a bad game against us.

Again, there is a difference for me between a goalie being weak, and a brillant save that wasn't made. I mean how many saves does the guy makes we're all worshipping him for? Do you agree they are brillant saves and sometimes just impossible saves that he's making 'cause he's so great? If so, that's the type of save I'm expecting.

And again, if it would've been Halak, we would've say, "Not his fault, but we needed him there to make a big save".....
