For the sake of tradition

Patrick Marleau has 25 goals, 26 assists, and is +21

He leads the NHL with 8 GWG

...let's TRADE him!!!

Didn't know he led the NHL in GWG's.. pretty awesome. He's Roenick pt. deux.

I want him as a Shark for life. I'm going to be there when his jersey is lifted to the rafters.

But Marleau sucks, we need to trade him now and other teams will give us all their best players to us after signing them for outrageously low contracts. amirite?

What's most impressive to me is that while he may be 13th in scoring, he's tied for 4th in even strength scoring AND in short handed points.

He's 111th in power play points!! Amazing to be so high in points while not really scoring much on the PP. What an amazing, well-rounded season he is having.

Yeah and uh, at one point I was checking out his stats.. he had uh.. more SH points than PP points, it was something 26 games ago I think... It was weird as a mutha. At that point he had a lot of 5 on 5 points of course.

He a tru tank dawg. Just a real classy, silent killa type.

He wants to be a Pattyzerman. After this glorious season, it's POSSIBLE. With Claude Lemieux.

At least last year he knocked that puck out the air for a save. Why hasn't he done that yet this year. Lame
