No link yet, but it's official per the media folks in Worcester.

Good for him. His hard work in Worcester is finally paying off.

Plus, he's a 79 overall in NHL 09 so he should do well up here.

I don't like this move. But I'll take, of course. He should have stayed put.

Why, is it because he's short?

You just don't want a forward taking Lemieux's ice time.

Hopefully he'll last longer than Moore did.

Got caught.
I just don't think these young cats who can't win any cups for us should be jumping up, because this is not some REBUILD season. Nah nah, this is it for us. This is the season. And Lemieux is one of those players who now needs that 8-11 min game time. He's playing that 8,1 min right now..... that's 2 min too short I think. Vesce should stay put and not jump here... just learn from the master by watching. We don't need any development right now, we gotta get that cup. That's our rebuild. All these Vesces and Cavanaghs can eat that cake and play after this season... don't come up and think you can win a cup with this team. Stay put, like monkeys.

Moore has a definite future with San Jose...just not right now.

Vesce will get spot duty and then return to Worcester, never to wear the SJ jersey again.

Thank you master. I can now sleep peacefully. Seeing clowds and absorbent cotton in my dreams..... aaaahhhh. Thanks a lot. Somehow that sentence of yours made me laugh out loud also.

Probably right on both. I suspect it is reward for Vesce's play in Woostah and to keep him motivated. A week or two of NHL pay is a big bonus.

However, it is time for our graphics people to work on a Smurf pic for the GDT thread should he score a goal. Sort of an emblem like the pylon is for Semenov.

For those who have absolutely no clue whatsoever about who comes out of Woostershire (sp?) who is Vance and what does he bring to the table on the ice?

I'm so stoked for him to be up here. I played against him many times when we were younger (more than 12 years ago now). Great guy, deserves his shot.

I like the idea of rewarding deserving Woostah players.

Where does he fit in the lineup? Perhaps give Plihal a rest? Maybe Claude or Shelley.
