Kozlov knows that his contract is up. He knows it would be the easy decision to let him go. But this is probably the best team he has played on and he really fits in. He wants to stay. He is trying to prove that point to George right now and doing well at it.

I think whether or not Kozlov comes back depends on the discrepancy between perceived worth involving both parties.
