There was an authentic 2008 100th anniversary finland jersey that just ended on ebay today.. Hopefully you saw that. I know there are some finnish jersey collectors out there and thats your best bet in acquiring any finnish jerseys. Join gameworn.net and post a wanted ad. Also worldhockeyjerseys may have some contacts or connections. Also have you tried contacting the federation directly?

Very tough to find nike sweden blues. Your best bet is ebay for a blank and get it customized. I do have a blue sweden forsberg for "trade" but its not a nike

I am sure you can get a blue sweden current jersey somehow, but I havent seen any for sale anywhere. also forsberg never wore the current style so not sure why youd want to customize it with that.
