Interesting...

That was a good one. I hope the response isn't a letdown.

Cute... but I guess I should have said "Which would you like honey - lager or ale?"

And no, I'm not fetching you a beer!

Oh...HAH! definately didn't read it that way.

In that case I'd say that anyone that's calling me honey should know what I'd prefer!

Most epic shower beer night.

Went to Fire and Ice (good restaurant) for my friend's b-day and went all out. Had like 2 plates of meat and veggies and tortillas and a fantastic cheeseburger. Then head back to the apartment, watch BU win the Beanpot (!!!) drink a little, eat some awesome birthday cake.

Then come back to my place, jump in the shower with a couple Sam Adams, and drink away.

So I am feeling pretty good right now, but I got a lot of reading.

I actually don't drink very much (more of a matter of expense, not choice although I don't like being drunk), but tonight was a pretty special occasion with the Beanpot and all.

Yeah I don't want to talk too much about our chances, but we look good.

My freshman year, they had great goaltending, but not a great team.

My sophomore year, they had bad goaltending, and a pretty good team.

This year, they have good goaltending and an awesome team.

I thought NEU competed really well though, for a team that doesn't have the talent BU has, I thought they played a real heck of a game and probably could have won if Millan didn't make a couple huge saves plus they had a couple bounces that didn't go their way.

I'm still terrified of Thiessen for the Hockey East tourney and the NCAAs.

It was just a great effort from BU. 3 shorties. Yipper had a great game as did Wilson and Bonino. Just overall great team effort. Goaltending wasnt too shabby either. I wanna get a jersey to send to Wilson to get the whole team to autograph it.

I talked about this in the Prospect thread, but Warsofsky's 2 on 1 shorty, when Gryba just strided up the ice to create the 2 on 1 was just epic.

Gryba really might be the most popular BU player, dude is just a monster.

I too hate the taste of alcohol, but the payoff justifies drinking it.

Trust me, it's fantastic. I never want that roller coaster to stop -- it's always a great, jovial time (for me, at least). I'll never become an alcoholic, but it's fun to indulge sometimes.

I don't drink every weekend or anything, but I drink a lot when I do drink. I have some amazing drunk stories.

Nothing says you had a great time like drinking way to much, waking up feeling like ****, and not remember large chunks of the night!

Champagne is the worst for feeling like **** the next day. Jack Daniels hurts too.

So it looks like Avery will most likely be back on broadway. The Stars are assigning him the Rangers affiliate where they will evaluate him. If they like what they see, they will then ask the Stars to put him re-entry waivers where they will claim him.

If he can keep his attitude in check, that's a good bargain for the super pest.
