Devils is a hard match-up because of their hardest workers are also their scoring talent.

Hopefully the boys show up ready to battle in the trenches tonight or it will get ugly.

Yeah no kidding. It's like she has been sitting on the board all day waiting for the GDT to post some Devils love.

To be fair, it's hard not to love that team.

You don't know me as well as you think However,. I will be cheering for a 1G differential regulation win for the Caps.

I figured a few others were capable of posting the Caps side of things. Go Caps!

Agree. It's been a fun team to watch gel this season, too.

is that 1G differential or more, or are you starting Clemmy in a fantasy league?

I admit, as much as I like that team, I'm rooting for injuries to Clemmenson and Weekes... and the team's emergency goaltending reserve dude who sells popcorn on the Club level for Chico Eats. These clubs are going to be battling for that second seed the rest of the way.

Putting aside my homer glasses, though, Sutter deserves significant praise. The Jack Adams is probably going to either Julien or McLellan, and both are deserving, but Sutter has done a great job since joining New Jersey.

That's the best part...I'm in a league with her...she has Brodeur on IR while I'm starting Clemmensen every other night. Must be driving her crazy!

(She does have Mason however...so it's more of a wash. Plus Marty will be back by the time the fantasy playoffs start...and I'll be screwed. Damn you sk8!)

I guess I have to spell it out for you...NHL: Caps team #1, Devils team #2; I don't want a blowout win, but I want the Caps on the winning side of the scoreboard.

fantasy OT: no, I was stupid and picked up Weekes right when Brodeur went down, don't have any NJ goalies on my teams now, except for Brodeur on IR; unlike the Devils record, my team's isn't the same

yeah, silly me picking up Weekes instead of Clemmensen; and of all weeks for Langenbrunner's GWG run; great for the Devils, but of all weeks...

I've Mason and Clemmensen and Pikka Rinne in one league! Muahahaha! It has salvaged a craptastic goaltending draft, I'll tell you that much.

continuing on the fantasy OT, at least, I dropped Weekes for Mason, otherwise my team would be more of a disaster than it is...

He's been playing well recently, but I will never understand the term on that contract.

We like Zubrus. He's awesome. As for the length... well, frankly, he can fit in anywhere on just about any team, and he's a perfect Devil.

I like the Caps - I really like the jerseys you guys use now - but I'm hoping our winning streak doesn't end tonight.

It was Zoobie. Just a throwback...but this time I'm actually reminding him that he sucks.

Anyways, looking forward to the game. Ovechkin likes to throw his weight around against Zubrus and White. The White battles in particular are usually awesome.

6 years at 3.4M. It's the combination of term and dollars that I don't/didn't understand.

Many of you like Zubrus now, but I spend enough time watching Devils games and reading the boards to know that was not always the consensus opinion.

Here's to hoping the winning streak ends tonight and a new one starts up on Friday in Atlanta.

I know you always liked Zubrus, but there are many of there (and there still a few) that hated him.
Zubrus is the odd player that is good at a lot of things, but great at nothing.
