Forsberg

I know this discussion is absolutely beaten to death, but I'm interested in seeing what the consensus is on Foppa...if he's "healthy", do you want him?

I'd take him in a heartbeat

Negative. Don't want him anywhere near the team. Doesn't matter how cheap he is. The moment we sign him, he goes to first line centre, then ****s everything up.

Don't give me any of this, foppa is better than having metropolit either. Or i'm going to kill someone

Well he is... But I think most of us were talking about him playing wing or 3rd line center with Briere at wing...

I'd take him back. I know there are concerns about him are that he'd be a distraction with his injuries like 2 seasons ago...but thats not the case anymore. He was pretty much the whole team that season...now the way richards and carter have developed...him being in or out of the line up wont make a difference...like it hasnt with briere.

Unless we ship Briere in a package for J-Bo, then no.

How many Centers do we need?

We need a badass on defense alot more.

Sorry Odin....But I have to say no. I loved him when he was here AND healthy, but I don't think he'll ever be 100% again. I don't want distractions again....

Something like this. Bringing Forsberg in doesn't exactly address the team need. We need a (as SaveHextall says) a badass on defense. A stay at home guy, that's big and rugged, and makes life for others infront of the net a living hell.

I love Forsberg like the next guy, and even if signed for peanuts...I have to say no. The only way I say yes, is if were to sign with a division rival. If he wants to play out west, then I wish him the best and would love to watch him play again.

How about we just get a coach in here that can get the best out of Timonen, Coburn, Carle, Vaananen, Alberts, Kukkonen, Parent???
