I agree its not a problem at all. The elements the other guys bring could simply be perceived as a "bonus" to their skills and talent.

That is a good point that you brought up koseegin. Very interesting.

I am positive that andrei will put up good numbers in the NHL (around 70 points a year).

Everything is not always about stats....and even if it was, most guys in there will end up having better stats than Kostitsyn.......

Again, can we just acknowledge that it wasn't the greatest of choice nor was it a total disaster but that some players in there would have been much better not only statswise but as far as what they bring to a hockey team.

And then, let's move on since it's the 100th thread on the subject already (even though I've participated in all of them but even me I'm getting tired of it....)

As much as I'm willing to agree with you now, I just can't shake the feeling AK has what it takes to be special.

Only his second real year in the NHL. And he's still getting **** ice-time for what he does for us offensively.
