These refs are horrible. Bad calls on each team.

I'll have to rewind during the break to hear that. I'm glad Jackson doesn't have a problem stepping in if things aren't going well (IE: Eriksson, PP this year).

Hey piqued, here's what Jackson said:

Quote:
Stars co-GM Les Jackson was on Fox Sports Southwest a few minutes ago and among the questions he was asked was about what the Stars might do before the trade deadline. He basically said that of course the team will keep its eyes open and look, but he likes what they have now and mentioned that they’ve already added Brian Sutherby and Darryl Sydor, who both have had positive impacts. Here’s the audio of what he said. It’s less than a minute long.

Hey Piqued,

It's plays like that that proves maybe, just maybe Ott could have found his hands.

I doubt it.

What have they done to the real Steve Ott? Either way I'm not complaining.

Yup.

Great read by Niskanen and great tip by Ott. He really must have had a hand transplant when he had that surgery.

I think you would call this going in smelling like **** and coming out smelling like a rose.

Despite the sloppy play, there's nothing better than being up by 1 on the road after 1.

Thanks G.

That's 2 pucks through Turco... Stars are pretty lucky to get out of that terrible period ahead. Hopefully they remember how to string some passes together during the intermission.

Shhhh .....

That's probably illegal and you don't want to tip off the authorities.

I like being up by at least three, but that's just me.

Ott's always been pretty good at deflections.

Bad.

That shift when Ribeiro stayed late and ended up with the 4th line was interesting. They actually looked pretty dangerous. Send Petersen up to Mo's wing and jettison Conner.
