You'd think Carbo wouldn't be making the same dumb rookie mistakes he has made all along. Never learns, hopefully a few things happen, Gainey makes a trade, carbo is replaced by a competent coach and Kovalev is moved. Maybe move Kovalev for a Dman.

+1. At this time, boldness needs to be demonstrated by management. I do not think that is going to happen.

Habs were late to the bench.

Gotta feeling that intermission was ugly.

And Carbo's answer for that is playing more Plek and Kovy.

Well, this is the point. People seem to forget our players chased Julien out of town too....and now he's some coaching god to many posters here. Probably a lot of the same posters who were calling for his head back then.

carbo swtiches saku's line, which was the best our best line, but keeps the pleks line together, which was invisible all night except for a lucky bounce leading to that 2-on-1 goal

And that's the biggest joke of all (and I'm not saying that about you). But true that I see that you can't fire anybody during the 100th. You have to play Brisebois to give him his 1000th game. You have to keep Koivu (not saying to trade him but just the reason given...) 'cause he's appearing on the Habs movie that will be aired at the end of the year etc...

Everything that has no relation with the performance on the ice.....

But at the very least we'll be able to say that the injuries are the reason for what's happening this year....saying that we're a great team after all seeing what we did last year (forgetting to mention that we weren't injure last year compared to the other teams chasing us.....)
