Take a kid like Ladd, his numbers don't reflect what he brings to the table. For the same reason why a guy like Adam Graves wouldnt score well either.
As for Rogers he is def. a work in progress. The reason why he isnt mentioned as high is because there are alot of other big, rangey, unpolished defenseman in north america who are just better at this stage then him.
In a message i put on here a while back i talked about how there seems to be a lot of tall, not exceptionally physical, raw defenseman in this years draft.
Rogers, though not lacking potential, falls into the same category.
