Well it wont be a good step for the ncaa because when you think of it they get into college-uni whatever you call it at 18 and most people here are done with cegep-college at early 19 so i think its to promote the CIS development so maybe instead of going to the usa in the ncaa they'll stay here in the CIS because the level of the game gonna be better who know's

I can't see a lot of players coming from a lower level tier 2 league being able to compete for roster spots with CHL vets.

well now players are gonna have the choice btw Major Junior or Straight up Junior A hockey and then go College-Uni route.

this league will be a no-fighting league using probably the same ruleset there is in place in the CIS-NCAA leagues.
