PATRICK ROY!
That would be so awesome, seeing him go nuts after a bad game, or sending goons to injure other teams on purpose (we would have to get some I guess)

Seriously though, we need someone with a strong personality. Someone that will whip this team into shape.

Actually, with Lang and Lats out, yes, they did get smaller.

It is not, however, the cause of the current debacle.

Bob Hartley is available... anyway, this team needs a "real" coach, not an ex-player who thinks he can coach...

How much more confidence can he lose?
I don't agree that he's cool and not worried. I think it's quite the opposite actually. He looks like he's in a state of shock he can no longer get out of. What this kid needs right now is either a shrink or a good... time. Seems he's a very emotional guy and doesn't have enough tools to snap out of it (yet).

S&*%! happens, but you can't tell me they're not trying out there.
It's true. Everyone's pressing right now and we can't buy a break. These ridiculous lines don't help our cause though.

I really begin to think that their goal is to have the worst defensive squad in the league. I've never seen a squad so soft and they turn the puck over. They just suck!

that excuse wouldve flew a week or so back..... sorry not now...Montreal cant even hardly get set up in the Oilers zone....

Right now Price has no confidence, his body language is terrible and that feeling starts from the net out.

The defence has been horrid, but generally speaking when teams are in funks, its the goalie who has to step in, take charge and steal a game or two.
Right now Carey is just wayy to passive, its ugly.

His D isnt helping, but like that last goal, just a bit more effort and concentration, that dosent happen.
the worst part is usually its either the goalie OR the d-men that get into a little funk.

right now its both at the same time.

halak next game..hopefully he can steal one because thats the only way we will get out of this funk

One more thing, can we stop with all the lame jokes about bowling / mini-put / laser quest / any other leisure activity we can think of, along with the tired hilarity of saying carbo is gonna play a goalie at centre and Brisebois in net? Thank you.

Imagine a guy like Torterella coaching this pos team. His face would be more orange than it usually is...and it's usually pretty damn orange.

Here are the guys taht care and have been playing close to that

Tom-Ko
Max
Dago
Patches
Dandy
Begin when he plays
Hammer
Higgins
Koivu (lately less and less and it shows though)
Markov (but he's trying to do everything on his own)
Gorges
A. Kost is still trying

So take these players make decent lines and then plug in the others as fillers...
this is carbos nightmare before everygame...

changes need to be made
Id rather we not make the playoffs and get rid of ppl who stopped caring even for draft picks than continue like this
