I love that camera angle when we score.

Yikes that was a bit too close for comfort.

Piqued - true. It just amused me that it was moving in slow motion.

A Sedin clone behind the net reminds me of Ribeiro behind the net. He (whichever Sedin it is) makes defenders crazy, and they really need to work well in concert to defend him and the lurking wingers. You need really smart defenders to do that, and Robidas and the spaz are much improved from the beginning of the season, but I wouldn't call either of them a particularly smart defender.

Boarding calls always make me scratch my head.

I see how that hit fits the definition, but it also seems like a fairly common hit.

Hee, a Jere Lehtinen fight might make my year as long as he doesn't get hurt.

Hopefully they'll get something done on this powerplay. It would be nice to go into the third period with a lead.

Fragging stupid other team's goalie.

Wasn't he a sieve with the Kings a few years back?

Looked like Modano had an open net on that one.

Speaking of sieve, yay twin Swede! First of the season for him.

He and Ott are the most tantalizing guys, because they show flashes like that and you think, "potential 20 goal scorer!" and then they show their tendency towards stone hands and you want to bang your head into the wall.

He's right about the voice though.

Why do all Canadian announcers have that obnoxious annoying nasal quality to their voice?

Can't believe Modano missed the open net shot, but at least Lundqvist got us the lead
