I just want to say that you guys have a very decent broadcast crew. Their pbp is not outstanding, but the commentary and observations they make are both top notch. They're also very fair and unbiased.

If Lundqvist hadn't scored after Modano missed that open net, I would be screaming on the internetz.

I think tonight is showing again that Sutherby is a very good 4th liner. Joel needs to be on the Richards line and I was going to say that before he scored. Sutherby tends to be late on his reads in the defensive zone also that prolong the times they get pinned in.

You'd think Lundqvist would be one of the Stars best players right now considering everyone is in playoff mode.

At least he shows up when it matters.

The Buffalo-San Jose game was awesome tonight. But does anyone know why Buffalo has a tiger as their maskot? Shouldn't it be a radiactive banana slug like their logo?

I flipped over to it when they did the update on FSN. Good ending.

Edit: That Roy move was special.

Dan Quayle, is that you?

If this "real deal" nickname sticks around for Neal, I may have to scream.

I too think it is rather lame. Maybe it will grow on me though.

Did Sutherby just make himself available for a drop pass on a 2v1?

Having to hook Wellwood sounds like an oxymoron.

Sydor gets caught flat footed? His default state is flat footed. He doesn't get caught flat footed. He's well prepared to be flat footed.

Here's the Niskanen-Grossman pairing again.

Tippett goes to it when he really needs defensive stops.

Dammit Neal.

Nix on the King James nickname as well. No stealing from the NBA, especially when Neal is taking breakaway lessons from Modano.

"King James" is worse than the "Real Deal".

Strangis is just going to run through a bunch until he finds one that sticks.
