You guys have some good young talent. Bad luck with injuries this year. And you need a goalie. You guys have just been a disaster at that position since Roy left.

I considered this crazy, but do you noticed the similarity between Tampa and Avs, the coaches being Tony G and Tocchet?

Both teams are bottom dwellers, and both coaches are gritty coach but have no talent.

I wouldn't blame the Bolts woes on Tocchet. Melrose was a dud, and the franchise is run by lunatics.

At this point I will take just one more win against the Wings so we win the season series. It's been a while since we did that.

Acually TB are a little bit better since Tocchet took over . They have somewhat of a system and dont run all over the ice like Headless chicken like they used to do.

Plus what he said ...

Gritty is not a word I would use to describe Tony. Maybe indifferent, but not gritty. He is really the only non gritty coach we have ever had.

I think the implication was gritty as a player. Tony was definitely that.

A little late posting on this game but I thought the team deserved a much better fate.

Still, I find it absolutely hilarious that with 1:33 remaining in the game, down by one goal, with a faceoff in the offensive zone, TG doesn't take the timeout or pull the goalie at that point. (Perfect opportunity to do it...waits until later for some unknown reason) Even worse than all that, he's got Brian Frikkin' Willsie out on the ice for that shift. That means with 1:33 remaining, you WANT your team to have to CHANGE before really going for it???

Let me make this perfectly clear : Even if he's been given SPECIFIC instructions from management to do whatever it takes to LOSE as many games as possible from here until the end of the season, you don't make that kind of ******** mistake. Not after how hard the guys worked in this game to win it. That's beyond idiotic. I can't imagine how ANY of the players respect this guy at all, his ineptitude knows no boundaries.
