The "should be gones" include:

Redden,Naslund,Gomez,Voros,and Sather

The victims who may end up being gone because of the garbage on ice that was assembled for them: Tom Renney.

I Hope they get killed. Im so sick of this team. I dont even care to watch. Ill always love the rangers.. b ut sometimes that means rooting against them for a better future...... seriously .. if your gonna loose games.. at least make it entertaining ... They are a bunch of no personality zombies on skates.

For the first time in a very long time, i didnt watch the entire game yesterday. I DVR'd it and after Philly got 3 i started to fast forward because i knew it was over.

I havent felt that disheartened watching a Rangers game in long time, and we all know theyve been some really bad ones. I pretty much said "**** this team" and i never ever ever do that. They are just terrible out there, I see close to 5 obvious mistakes a shift, and their effort is totally devoid of any passion or decisiveness.

They have a lot to show me over the course of the rest of the month to prove themselves worthy of my time. We deserve better as fans, we really do. But hey, nothing new in Rangerland right?

4-3 St Louis. 2 SHGA.

I'm hoping for a bounce back, show some character and pride win but I'm not expecting it.

.

It's amazing how quick we got back to having overpaid bums dominating the line-up.

I thought this Franchise really got away from that tired philosophy of giving out massive contracts to guys that were goingt o come here and retire.

With the comments in this thread and the way I feel myself, I'm not sure I see much of a difference between this team and that of the last NYR team pre-lockout.

Yes, there are youngsters in the line-up, I will commend them on that, but they are still overpaying for bums and forcing them into roles and situations that may not be above their pay grade, but surely above their talent level.

It's amazing how clueless a guy like Sather can become. Amazing

Actually, if they lose it's really no big deal. They'll just push the game aside and move on to the next disaster.

I have absolutely no confidence in them to do that (for the record, the last bit of faith I had in this team skated away as fast as Mike Richards right through our stationary point men to score a 3 on 5 goal) but I can't bring myself to root against them, even if it will help along the changes I want. Even if it will get us nowhere, I really, really want this team to prove me wrong, but I feel like most of us care more than the team unfortunately.
I agree with everything in this post aside from firing Renney. You want them to win so bad but a part of you is telling you that winning right now isn't the best thing for the future of this team (this season and beyond).

Back to the pre-lockout dark ages.

The game viewing experience for me is described simply as watching the development of our young guys.

I try not to focus on the loser veterans (Drury, Gomez, Redden). I only pay attention to certain shifts. The other ones I am completely immune from.

That being said, St. Louis has been playing like maniacs lately. Watch Oshie, Berglund, Perron, Backes and Boyes. Very entertaining game the other night against Chicago.

Oshie is logging like 20 mins a game.

I think it would be funny if the Rangers came in and absolutely dominated the Blues tonight. Then I would really be confused...

I don't think that is going to happen. The Blues beat the Bruins and are a very good young team. I'm excited to watch them tonight.

Wow nice GDT. Are they all like that? Anyway I come in peace I'm goin tonight and I was wondering if someone could some up the style of play for the Rangers. How aggressive they are or whatever. Any unknown players I should watch? Anyone struggling or red hot? Sorry I just haven't seen the Rangers play in over a year. Any help would be appriciated.

Our most noticeable players are Zherdev, Dubinsky, and Callahan, Staal is now our clear #1 defensive defenseman. Lundqvist is coming off a hard game, it will be interesting to see how he bounces back.

The Rangers don't play an aggressive style at all, matter of fact they play a 1-2-2. As for the cold or hot thing, the whole team is pretty much ice cold.
