Pretty good period so far, nice accurate bodychecks by y'all, Brind'Amour lookin better than erlier this season when I was keepin my eyez on his rear end.

Awful call on Staal. Just a brutal call.

League really loves the Bruins and my Sharks son.

Sketchy penalty call and great defensive play by Pitkanen.

Bahhhh, tie game.

Loved the ceremony. Thought that Carolina played very well for the first 10-14 minutes, then Boston started getting some momentum. Both slashing calls were pretty weak, IMO.

Oh, and <3 Chad Larose. Chara is lucky that the zebras intervened, or Rosie woulda tore him apart!

And good for the Bruins, being on the bench for the ceremony.

I'm sure they didn't have a problem with staying for the ceremony but the commentators said they would've been angry if they were the players. One of them made a comment along the lines of "I don't care whose ceremony it is."

i hope Wallin had to pay for his ticket.. He had a great view of that goal, watching the puck go by, watching Wheeler drive the net and jam it past Cam.

i know i know i shouldnt be suprised

Quote of the game

Time: Just after Chara and LaRose get tossed with 33 seconds left in the 1st
Speaker: Tom Rowe (speaking directly at the camera, which is toward the Bruins bench)

Bruin's fan here.

Nice ceremony for Glen Wesley. I always liked him as a player.

Good Luck (except for tonight )

So Staal really doesn't have to play defense at all? He can do what he wants on the ice right? He's playing very arrogantly, not thinking bout the defense at all, playing soft. I don't like that. Pretty selfish act in my opinion.

I like how Corvo is doing his thang. He's really reading the game well.

Samsonov might be out for a long time after that shot. Let's see, hope he's ok, but doesn't look good.

Hey, give us this one tonight just for Glen

Ugly goal, made it through everyone and Ward didn't even see it. Need to answer back quickly on the pp.

Staal not looking at all where he passes the puck. He gotta be more responsible. He's an adult.

Pitkanen and Corvo gotta get those shots on goal.

Awful Penalty Kill there. Amazed that the Bruins didn't score. They got like 5-6 shots during that one. Maybe even more. Not on goal all of them. Those PK lines of Carolina were late in every situation...
