This stuff can't be kept under raps. Not in Montreal. It would have been leaked already.
Are you trying to tell me, that the Montreal media, quite possibly the single most unprofessional group of "media" people in the world, aside from maybe, MAYBE the Iraqi Minister of Information, could possibly keep this under wraps?
These guys will report on anything without even an inkling of a viable source. They have done it in the past, many times, and created huge stories based on speculation from a friend of a friend of a friend.
You're telling me that suddenly, these guys are able to keep what they call, the darkest story in the history of the CH, under wraps?
You honestly think these pea brained idiots are capable of this? That they're suddenly professionals?
If there was more to the story, it would have been leaked.
The Souray beating his wife story was leaked in a matter of minutes. Anything having anything to do with illegal acts would have been common knowledge by now. If there was more to the story and the law was involved, we'd know.
STOP MAKING SENSE OR WE'LL HAVE TO BAN YOU FROM THIS BOARD!!!!!!!

Were you wearing a tinfoil hat when you posted this? Anyone who expected Gainey to dress down the media was engaging in wishful thinking. The fact that he was his usual stoic and measured self in the press conference doesnít mean there is collusion behind the scenes to keep other issues quiet.
Edit: The links in posts and new ads are ****ing terrible.
I guess they try to appeal more to the demographics consulting this site, which means that the average age of posters must be around 15 years old. I wonder why I'm not that surprised...
