It wasnt their first rounder. It was San Jose's first. Which basically means 29-30th overall?

Not a big loss instead of giving up a player or two.

It is San Jose's first round pick. Not that it's more brillant 'cause they would have 2 first rounders but at least it not their's.

Max Pac is more more of a keeper, he has been good every line he has played on.

Keep him with Lapierre at least until Guillaume is back !

Someone's got to explain to me why both Higgins and Fisher are penalized, but not Volchenkov. Higgins and Volchenkov were both roughing each other and then Fisher comes and pushes Higgins down.

Good to see the boys sticking up for each other. We don't need BGL.

So because people say it when he plays well I'm not allowed to say it? Honestly, I know he'll slow down again, but it just makes you think what kind of career a player as talented as Kovalev could've had if he gave it his all every night.

They wouldn't be a contender but Ottawa might have lost their playoffs spot for not bringing Elliott sooner. Murray should be done.

I think a Pac-Lap-Lat line would be pretty good.

Pleks on PP, great passing play by Kovalev and Markov

Second goal was a great play by Kovy, stole the puck from D in Ottawa's zone and went in to score an unassisted goal off a snapper

Well MaxPac is a better Lats, so that line does make sense after all 'cause the Lats-Laps-Kosto was working after all. We'll see how long the Pleks line can keep the chemistry together.
