Today's game: Birds v Fish

Will the Avian gene reign supreme, or shall the aquarian hand rule the land? Atlanta is red hot on this road trip, so will the early birds get the worm today? Find out at 4pm EST.

3 strong efforts in a row on this road trip. What are the odds we will get a 4th? Probably not so good.

Anyways, here's to a good, and hopefully injury free game. Always excited to see Kovalchuk, and want to see how some of the other guys, like Little, Peverley, etc., are coming along. Is Lehtonen starting?

Go Thrashers!

I'm hoping the team we've seen recently is the one that shows up. But this is going to be a very tough game, I think.

They came around. Not a bad first period. They are playing hard.

The Sharks missed the net several times in the 1st, it made the 1st period stats seem a bit more even than they probably should have been.

We need to convert on our chances up close on the Sharks.

Todd White with a very bad turnover that leads to a goal.

That is an abysmal call on Valabik, especially considering the crap the Sharks have gotten away with today.

When will Valabik learn to stop taking penalties. So unnecessary. Stick to the hands will get called every time.
