Obviously, you'll have to get snow tires...as the weather up here is simply insane. You might even want to look into putting chains on your tires to deal with the frozen tundra. If you happen to get a flat, you're ****ed...you'll freeze to death. Beavers and polars bears will eat you alive. Once you come up thru the Niagara area, you'll notice a huge weather drop (yes, even in June). Watch for white out conditions and polar bear crossings.

Make sure you pack plenty of blankets and a harpoon.

and he's a dirty player. I remember a home game in 04 when clark gave Desjardins a concussion with a cheap elbow. I'm still shocked he's the captain, i guess he's just been on the team the longest.

our captain hits clean.

I used to play alot in college, just to stay in shape in the off season after hockey was over. A handful of times i'd be in the paint with a guy driving, and i'm all set up to take the charge, the dude just bounces off of me because of physics and the fact i'm not about to take a dive, the Duke version of a charge. Feet planted not moving, nothing says you need to fall back like a goalie drawing a penalty. Seriously it's one step above soccer in the dive department.

We used to play full contact basketball in highschool at my buddies house, it was like the old american gladiators game putting balls in the basket thing, except it was taller and more hockey checking than tackling. We'd hip check guys into the garage door, and in one case through it. Allow that in the NBA. Oooh, a 6 foot+ dude dunks a basketball, am i supposed to be impressed? Your tall, good job.

I dont get the appeal to the NBA, I just dont. I dont get why 8 of 10 of the top ten plays are a guy making a layup. I see way nicer plays made everynight in the NHL. Iuno. Guess thats why we dont have a Sixers thread going, lol. Phils play today!!!
