Decisions are not made based on that.

LOL, because we have had our #1 Center out now for 10 games and isn't comming back for the rest of the season. We were already weak before he went down, yet he has not made a move to find a center to score some goals. he must be working on getting a center for this team, pretty simple no?

F=MA
Mass : 260pounds (Arthyukin) speed = 30MPH (fastest on his team, I'm estimating)... Do the math. Ouch. Deceleration from that impact into an unmovable object (the boards) has got to hurt!

Two trades have been made in the last few weeks. One of them involved Bob Gainey. What more do you expect? Trading doesn't happen until the deadline anymore.

Honestly, BG breastfeeding Tanguay is a mental image that sticks.

I understand how Lang being out for the reminder of the season is a serious issue, but I don't see what that has to do with Tanguay.

At this point, the only fault I can find BG is not having traded for Schneider earlier in the season.

Tanguay sucks. Soft as hell and a 6 week injury will end up being 8 weeks, minimum.

No contract for you.

Apparently he said something about having the deal in the works for a long time but that the Lecavalier thing came in and took up all his time.

I agree though. The PP's been a problem since day one and it was clear Atlanta wasn't going anywhere a while ago. I would have liked to have seen that deal done a month earlier.
