I think this is double digits now for first shot on net goals.

the duck's first line largely controlled that first shift against the Ribeiro line - that's not a really good sign for Dallas

Sydor in pain on the bench? that could be great news for Dallas

oh there's sydor, apparently he's not injured enough.

playing against the ducks is a good way to get injured though, let's all hope for the divine hand of god to help us in our time of need

I was just able to turn the game on. What happened on the first goal? I see it was the rare Niskanen-Fistric pairing, unless that's a new pairing )which I would very much approve).

there's no way that's a goal.. I don't know why they're taking so much time here.

Dallas really needs to get going here or they'll let up another one.

Grossman blocked a shot off his knee and left the ice. Niskanen jumped over, and Niskanen and Fistric screened Turco on a 3 on 2.

First shot of the game again.

Sorry, didn't realize that gave you a free pass from comments.

Let's see if it works.

Sydor got benched during the last game, so I can't imagine Tip's tolerance for him is at its highest. So we can hold out hope it happens again

I love the fact that Daley stands up from the team ......... but Grossman is already sore from blocking a puck and Sydor was in some pain. Daley's gone now for 15 I believe, and two guys are in pain.

I think we should put Eriksson on Ribeiro's wing instead of Ott.. having 3 scoring lines has been a goal of the Stars since the start of the season but it simply hasn't worked at all. Anaheim pretty much just has the 1 scoring line, why can't we do the same?

That sounds like a typical cluster for this team recently. They've given up more than their share of 3-on-2s.

Oh Daley. I get standing up for your teammates, but don't throw in the instigator.

I think Eriksson needs to prove he can score with a center not named Brad Richards before he deserves that consideration. He's been absolutely silent since Richards went out.

Oh fail everyone there. Robidas is containing nobody, Modano overcommitts and lets the point guy get three years to set up, and no one takes out the sticks in front.

Eriksson has scored more goals with Ribeiro despite playing with Richards this year.

Piqued looked up the stats.

Fail me then. I thought he'd been mostly Richards' wing this year.

He's still be silent since Richards went out.
