Since we will be out earlier then usuall, we should all look into going to an establishment that serves adult beverages afterwards.

Also, what do we need for equip. I'll probably wear everything from the waist down, but do we need shoulders too?

Full padding is recommended...

The only absolute requirement is a helmet, but I would strongly recommend elbow and shoulder pads. This is full shot, no contact, but incidents do happen, sometimes even in warmups, BY TEAMMATES?! There are various skill levels represented on the ice, and things do happen. The game is meant to be fun, but it's still a game of hockey, equip yourself accordingly.

There is a 99 up route 28 a bit (5 mins away) in Stoneham, thats an option.

Also, there is Hooters about 10-15 minutes away on Route 1.

Hmm what else........there is a TGI Friday's in Woburn (5 minute drive).

There are other places too. All depends on what you want to spend or eat.

I will wait for fredi and KMS to respond by wednesday if they plan on skating....I want to cap this at 24 so if they both respond we will have 25 skaters and might open it up to one sub (John Kelly)..

if one responds then we will go with 24 skaters.... no subs

if neither responds by wednesday then I again will open this up to one sub...

things happen so for those that find out they can't make it give us a chance to fill your spot with the other subs listed

thx
Z45

While I can't answer the above question, what I can say is:
  1. I'd like to play opposite zylos---I like it when he gets frustrated that my clown feet take the puck away 1 every 20 rushes against me (the other 19 he just goes around me and I fall down to get in the way)
  2. I'm a passer more than a shooter, so if you end up on my side, get open!
  3. If I suddenly turn into a puck-hog, it's because I'm playing for a new contract

Bozo called..he wants his shoe/skates back. They have to be size 13's

I would say you stop me 85% of the time when I try to inside out you..I feel like I always hit your freaking skates (even with passes).

I may have to don dark to play with you for once

Okay, sounds good. I hate to have any doubt, but I'm only 99% sure I'll be there saturday. I had a seizure this weekend and initially it looks like I'll be cleared to go for the weekend, as long as we don't find some crazy tumor or something this week (looks to the sky). So, I'll let you guys know if I cannot skate as soon as possible, but don't give away my spot just yet.
