I didn't realize that Dynamo M was so stacked. There defense is practically NHL caliber. Pretty impressive up front too.

I think Denisov was a regular on NT a few years ago.

I've never seen a team to so completely stop playing.

On the "positive" side, Emelin is out with a broken nose

I can't belive it.

It's 1:11, 20 secs to go, and the arena is all up chanting "Avangard"

Well, being an egoistic Omsk fan, I'd like to see AB defence weakened before the final game.

Well, a team that loes 11:1 at home does not deserve to win a championship period. Too bad because up to that point Avangard really had a strong showing.

Deserves, or not, who cares, one win needed to get to the semis

Magnita about to dump Atlant out...Where are Mozyakin and Korolyuk?
Kazan Yaroslavl Dynamo Magnitogorsk could be awesome 1/2's.

Does anybody think Omsk, Kazan, Ufa, Yaroslavl, possibly Magnitka, are ready for the NHL-size arenas? Or may be in the range of upper "teens"?

Sprotbox.ru is funny: they show the feed without the commercials and you can see what the commentators do during the break: talk about socks or bite their nails

Kazan about to lose to Omsk, this is crazy if it happens it would make to 2 unbelievable upsets. Still I'm hoping Tatar power will prevail at the end of the day.
