Things the Dogs don't need:

- More injuries
- Give up an early goal

Well, half way there...

Yes.

I like what I see from Henry. Didn't see too much of Janik except his bad and good play behind the net on the same sequence. SKost looking a little more interested. Derek saying that he's slowly getting better and better.

I like what I see from Conboy. Seems to me that with more confidence and more experience, he'll be doing a good job.

The video feed is hilarious.

I guess it's the arena feed from Lake Erie but they had these text messages rolling and you had some hilarious ones. ''You missed it again. Marry me. Love you.'', ''I am a panda'' and ''Erin you text too much, Dad''. And the great Cleveland Skating Club ripping it out there.

Back to the game, I like what I'm seeing from Sergei. He looks interested and tries to create things in the offensive zone. Conboy is playing well, I wish we can see him get a game or two with the Habs next year. I liked Weber's positioning and poise in the Lake Erie zone.

Gotta keep it up!

what the **** is up with this feed?

It's in the middle of a Hamilton PP and the camera will randomly cut to some people in the crowd.....?

SCORE! Lehoux

Get used to it. The Monsters do a couple of nice things with their in game entertainment, but the constant interuptions to the video feed have been an issue all year. I think I've made several comments on it in the Hamilton sticky.

I've seen worse from them this season.

Sadly.

Great goals by Lehoux and Trotter!

Apart from this game, how has Steve Gainey been playing? Cause he's having a really good game tonight.

that's awful.

Don't you have the Hamilton package? You must hate having to pay for the Monsters feed when they play them. I mean, you pay to see the game..not random little kids smiling in the crowd..

He's had a couple of quiet games, but he is playing a bit like Baines did, only with a tad more scoring touch. Hard working vet, knows the game, sets a good example, comes to play almost every shift. Good veteran pressence, especially helpful since Glumac got hurt. Good guy to have around a young team IMO.

It's annoying but it's not like every second lost to crowd/film footage is a huge waste of money. It works out something like 95p a game for me. It's not like the Dogs will be on TV here any year soon so it's a good deal for me. In the grand scheme of things, I can put up with it. But the number of times breakaways have been skipped in Lake Erie in favour of replays or old films clips is alarming.

How the hell did Sergei keep that on his stick and get a shot away?

Good to know.

You think he could eventually get a few shifts in Montreal?

And what a play by Sergei . Had he scored on that, it would have been one of the greatest goals of the year!

Not unless the team gets gutted by a trade or suffers immense injury problems. But he is a good guy to have around the kids on the farm, teach them a few of the subtleties and what it means to be a pro hockey player. I think that ultimately, the depth the Habs have is too much for him to overcome and with the focus on youth, there will always be plenty of options in the near future.
