HUGE game.
BTW, where did you get your lines? Erat has already been announced as out.
I was thinking it will look a lot like last game's lines:
Sully - Arnie - JP
Ward - Leggy - Smithson
Pihlstrom - Fiddler - Tootoo
Jones - O'reilly - Belak /VK
EDIT: seeing what SLake wrote, it'd be --
Sully - Arnie - JP
Ward - Leggy - Smithson
Pihlstrom - Fiddler - Tootoo
VK - O'reilly - Belak

Reason: correction from SLake

Koistinen practiced with the 2nd PP unit yesterday and Jones stayed late with Belak doing extra work. I think O'Reilly will be lined with Koistinen and probably Belak with Jones scratched.
Tough decision, but I think Edmonton forces our hand here and the need for a fighter is pretty clear. Jones brings a different skill set than VK and I think would acutally be better suited for this game, but VK is on the PP and I think that is getting him the edge over Jones today. Wouldn't want to be Trotz and having to make that call...

I think you gotta keep rolling this lineup without too much tinkering, the results have been speaking for themselves.

I'm not buying that pronunciation bit.
Legwand looks like something clicked with him around new years- he looks totally different in being aggressive, going to the net, being creative. It's amazing.

For some reason this game isn't on center ice (lame), but I must say, the Preds radio pbp is AMAZING. One of the best I have ever heard. I love it!

Would love to get a recap of why there was a fight and who won. Sounded even, but I have no idea what happened

after the play, weber saw strudwick push one of our players so Weber pushed strudwick and strudwick pushed weber back
we all know how weber doesn't play around so they went straight from pushing to throwing punches
lots of hard punches with both landing early, not much significant landed towards the end of the fight
i got it a draw, decent scrap

Nah...it seems like just when Oiler fans are ready to lose it on him, he goes and has a game that reminds us why he went 6th overall and has 100+ games played at 19 years old.

Weber's fight shuffled up our defense pairings on the first goal and gave the Oilers the momentum.
