What is it with this guy? He's got great hands, a quick release and offensive instincts yet he gets marginal playing time. Is this because he's a defensive liability? What's the word on this guy. I loved him while in L.A ...

soft, slow, doesn't always work hard in his own end and doesn't understand positional hockey. His answer to defense is to hook the player that's flying past him. But he's got a great shot, which makes him effective on the PP and is the best faceoff guy every year. He'll be a UFA this summer, so LA can have him back!

I love Perrault too.. but Julien does not. Until Bulis got injured, Perrault would play 2 minutes a game and get bashed for not producing.. Well obviously he wasnt going to playing with Langdon for two minutes a game. Now he's on the big line and he's feeding off that.. He's actually been working pretty hard.. more than he did before.. Julien makes his players work their hardest.. Perrault might come around and do that soon..

theres not too much going for this guy, frankly. The only reason he's still in this league is that he's a great face-off guy.

Perrault is a lot like sergei berezin. Yea, he can score 20 goals a year, but he's not good enough to be a second liner and not defensive enough to be a third liner.

We must admit that he is capable of scoring 20 + goals every year with proper ice-time.
