Bookies are paying well for a Rangers win, almost double money.
Time for a wee bet methinks...

Buffalo has been playing HOORIBLY lately. Without Miller that team has started to fall apart. Although they made some deals at the deadline.

how do you know? The only team that absolutely scares me is the Debbies. Every single other team, i think we can beat in a 7 game series. We are better now w/ Antro, Aves and Morris, and we will have the puck more and get more scoring chances under Tort's play. If we make the PO's it would come as no shock to me for us to go deep in. I could never say this under Renney. Torts' system is superior, and much better suited for the type of players here. We now actually have three good lines. And we still have the 2nd best goalie in the east.

Boston has been playing bad lately, and their offense is inconsistent.
Philly I think got worse after the deadline.
Pitt will be tough, but we can definately hang w/ them, and have beat them this year.
Montreal is an on and off team.
Caps are tough but again we are playing up tempo now, and can definately roll w/ them. Plus we have a beater goalie than them.

so who else is there? Personally it would not shock me to see us vs. the Debbies in the conference finals this year. It also wouldn't shock me to see us bow out in round one.

When you add the new deadline acquisitions along with Avery to an already energized team under Torts, you're going to see them absolutely flying tonight.
The Isles won't be able to weather the storm in the first period.
That's my prediction.

Well, that's assuming the Rangers can actually put the puck in the net and not just look really good but get "robbed" time and time again. Yan Danis has been playing well, but he's still Yan ****ing Danis

I see Antropov having a big game, a multi-point night tonight.
I just get the feeling he's a guy who knows how to take advantage of defensively terrible teams.
We shall see.

Yeah of course, it is being said with a fair amount of optimism.

Buffalo was GOD awful last night in the first period before getting a lucky goal at the very end of the period. At one point, the shots were 18-4 in favor of Montreal. But once that first goal went it, Montreal broke down and stopped playing. I really think Montreal falls out of the playoffs.

As a looooong time Leaf fan and a big fan of Nik Antropov's, I'm very interested in how he fits in with the Rangers. Is there a link to a radio station where I can listed to this game on the internet? I don't have Center Ice, and living in Alberta, there is no other way to follow the game (of course I'll be checking in here to get some insight as well) tonight.

Thanks in advance.

Nope, we picked up a defensman who can pull out his huge cell phone during the game and freeze time, then slip the puck in the net. Why do you think we gave up so much for him?!?!?!?
