Pedestrian.

But, I'm willing to get him another week to show something (anything!) seeing how he is new to the system and is paired with two rookies.

By the way, Loui deserved that goal... I think it was written off too quickly as a softy.

Giguere came out to close the angle, and the shot came quicker than he expected. Loui kept his head down and licked off the shot, not giving any indication when the shot was going to come off.

It had Giguere frozen like a mannequin. A brilliant little no-look by Loui with no tell.

Ovechkin, Parise, Carter, Kovalchuk, Cammalleri, Marleau, Hossa and Vanek.

The only players with more goals than Loui, that's a darn fine list.

For tomorrows games we are wanting the flyers (against nashville), leafs (against oilers) and probably the kings ( against the wild) to win tomorrow in the ones that matter to us..

I swear Duck fans are resurrecting a 2 month old thread on the Main forum in regards to Bobby Ryan's goal tonight. It was a nice goal but that **** happens a ton all year. Plus that goal is never scored if Ryan does not fall and his skates push Turco into the net.

Loui has 136 shots.

Ovechkin has 415 shots.

Just sayin'. (EDIT: Just sayin' that Loui has made 'em count.)

Just ignore it. You'll drive yourself crazy trying to argue petty things like this. Ryan is a great kid. Let Duck fans gloat a bit.

I just finished watching the game (Tivo).

I know Brad Richards has a contract that is difficult to deal with, but I'm really glad he's on the team. I love the fact that he's watching out for James Neal and letting him live with him.

lol Talk about homers.

Wisniewski picked the No. 1 star of the game.

Wow.

I hate John Ahlers and Brian Hayward. I know I say it every time and you guys are probably sick of hearing it, but I don't care. Blech.

A pretty well played game, and I thought we were very solid defensively. No matter what those douchy homers say even though the Ducks were in our zone for the 2nd period I didn't feel like they were a huge threat to score.

So glad to see Loui score two, I still think if he capitalized more he'd be at 40 by now. So many golden chances, he has really great anticipation of where to go. That's something invaluable.

Wasn't he spun around on Dallas's second goal? Also, didn't Sutherby dance around him and hit iron? Before he scored, I though he was one of the worst Ducks out there.

Wisniewski did not deserve any star, let alone the first one. The only good thing he did all night was put that real good shot past Marty (and it was a real good shot). Other than that he was much more of a detriment than a help to his team. Hayward should be sent the video of Sutherby, yeah Sutherby, blowing past him. hahaha.

Duck broadcasters are as much homers for the ducks as pierre mcguire is to canadian players. what a joke.

On a side note, I have always wanted to punch Mcguire in his mouse shaped face.

Centre Ice had the Ducks feed last night (yeah, I caved and spent the $40 to get CI down the stretch since I'm getting 2 months of free cable)... Not sure if you picked this up on the Dallas feed, but at one pint you could definitely hear Stars fans chanting Turco! Turco! Well, that or their were some Ducks fans who didn't quite understand how to do the goalie hex chant properly.
