Mission Amp Flyweight skates

I've been skating in these for many years now. I love the torsion bar, and I've really convinced myself that it adds stiffness to the holder and thus power to my stride. The thing is, this technology is pretty old now, and while I can still find these skates online, I am wondering if I am really missing the boat when it comes to power transfer with newer skates.

Does anyone have any experience with the Flyweights and can provide a reasonable argument as to why I should buy something with newer technology instead of just dropping $110 to get a brand new pair of Flyweights?
