D'Agostini For Center

Make a centermen out of him. Build from within. He's got size and is a fast and strong skater. Sure it's an adjustment. We tried Laraque and Metropolit on the powerplay. Let's experiment with D'Agostini. There's enough retired centermen on the coaching staff to teach him.

Isnt it hard to teach a winger to be a center. Not the time to teach him how to..

and plus, I dont think we need more smaller men in the middle. Leave him at the wing.

If the Habs were to do something like this. I would much rather them try it next year *training camp*. Now is not the time to start moving players around and have them learn new positions.

Dago is about the same size and weight than Tanguay, who has been playing center in the past, but is awfuly bad at faceoff.

Pacioretty is a goal scorer (not yet in the NHL, he's still shy I think), but he's an awful good playmaker. If anyone, I can see him being a goal scoring/play making/hard hitting center.

D'Agostini is far better suited to use his speed to exploit opponent's D on wing and roof it.
