We do have the skill to win, we had the skill to beat boston yesterday. The Rangers we're tired and got effed over many a times today, in addition to a mistake by Vally.

Point?... Refs handed the game on a silver platter. Easy to win like that.

torts first big blunder, Lundqvist really should have started this game....

(not blaming Valley for the loss, but we really should of had our best player on the ice, the guy capable of stealing a game with a tired team in front of him...)

People need to relax, the team is gassed after the Boston game. It's not like a Renney loss where we sit back playing the 1-4 the whole game and a puck bounces off someones face and goes in and we lose 0-1

overall, horrible game and effort but can't blame them too much esp, they played against one of the best yesterday. the team looked way too tired. don't know why nhl had to schedule this way

Rangers looked tired from the opening period. 3 Consecutive PK's really killed us.

The game @ boston last month!!! The puck didn't go off of anyones face, rather bounced 50 feet into the sky and under Lundy, but yeah that's a spot on representation of how we played under Renney.

People here

1. Lundqvist was sick, that's why he didn't play.

2. The team was exhausted after yesterday. If you watched the game you would see this.

Stop being dumb *****.

A goalie needs his team to score at least ONE ****ING GOAL in order to steal a game. Lundqvist would have made no difference.

Because when the schedule was released last year the NHL knew Boston and Carolina would be 2 of the hottest teams with a month remaining?

The team scored zero goals. How can you possibly even mention goaltending?

IMO there shouldn't be any back-to-back games in the 2nd half of the season, that's dumb.

totally agree, especially coming off the game yesterday torts should have known the team wouldnt be able to match carolinas legs even without the terriblle early penalty calls, lundqvist maybe steals the game
