There are several worse guys in the team than Jesse.
Might be, but those guys are already in Europe. Jalonen will have some level of threshold for taking Jesse to the team. Jesse is with AHL status and it`s not that simple to drop out guys you already picked. Last year it was easy for Jalonen (Shedden) to take Philström (AHL) to the team, cause he was already in NA.
Kukkonen as a defensive defender would be a great addition to our offensive minded defense corps and I like his skills to block the shots. I hope we get him!

We could use Joensuu's size (6'4 - 207lbs) on the team.
Kukkonen would be a solid addition to the blueline, and would be an improvement over Teemu Aalto or Janne Niskala (who's passports are not signed yet).
