Many of us have been waiting a LONG time to see Tanguay - Koivu - A. Kostitsyn, and Carbo gets fired when he finally gets it right...

So let's just hope Gainey sticks with that line and gives it a chance!

Injury? Fatigue? He didn't play much in Dallas. He's young and has not played a season like this before in his career since he's a USHL/NCAA product. I have on qualms with giving him the game off.

Because he knew that having both of our good first-passes on one defensive pairing was stupid as hell.

Ice time of the 3 players against Dallas :

A.Kostytsin 12:28
S.Koivu 13:50
A.Tanguay 14:18

They need to play between 17 and 20 minutes
Koivu can't play more than 15 minutes or he spits his lungs on the ice. Although this line is pretty good, if Bob wants to give more icetime to Tanguay and A.Kost, he'll need to sometimes use an other center. I think of Plekanec who's on fire, who could replace Koivu on some occasions to lower his playtime.

I love Hamrlik with O'Byrne.

I didn't like this pair at the start of the season because O'Byrne's play was horrible. Now, Ryan looks way more confortable since his callup, so it's a good pair IMO. It balances the pairs alot more!

Definitely understandable. Do you remember how many penalties we took in the first period of that game?

EDIT: Beat you to it LR

You do remember that we were on the penalty kill for half of that game, right...

I hope left and right is wrong for the first two lines.

Tanguay Koivu Kostitsyn
D'Ago Plekanec Kovalev

And Pacioretty should be playing but maybe next game.

Didn't Pac was injured during the last game?
He did take some time off during practice for treatement already.
It sound like an injured related pull off.

There's no way Gainey decided to flip Tanguay and Kosty, right?
