Upshall draws the penalty in OT and Prucha ends it

Please don't. He has got a bit of skill but he is a hothead and an idiot that gets himself suspended constantly. Asham is at least twice the player Eager is.

Went to the Coyotes game tonight. Scottie played really well. Scored two goals and drew a big penalty. He seems to be fitting in nicely here. He's getting the chance to be a top line player and he would have never had that chance in Philly with our current roster. Good to see him play so well and I will cheer loudly for Scottie at any game I'm at

Mike Knuble in consideration for Bill Masterton Memorial Trophy.

While there is a better case for Knuble than for a few other players on that list who are solely on there because there is a nominee per team, I really have to wonder what the hell is wrong with the sports writers when they don't nominated Simon Gagné who was facing career ending concussions and came back.

Im just appalled Gagne wasnt nominated. Appalled. w/e is find the league awards (voting ones) a farce anyways the same players seem to win em anyways. Whats the last one the Flyers got, the Jennings in 04? They had to share with NJ?

Any software out there that allows you to see what IP addresses you're sending and receiving info to and from?

No I had a point last night where I was uploading 35KB/s consistently last night for about 15 minutes. I was curious if I have a trojan and was being watched. So I'd like the ability to see if all that data was being sent to one IP address.

Possible Solutions:
1. Buy a Mac
2. Install CCleaner, AdAware, Spybot, and Antivirus scanners to check for possible infections
3. Update your routers firmware and close unnecessary ports, use the routers firmware to monitor your bandwidth up and down
4. Disconnect from the internet when not in use
5. Back-up your data and perform a clean slate install of your OS and then reload only personal items like pictures and stuff and re-download all necessary programs
6. Download and use firefox. Install both NoScript and Flashblocker. This will enable slightly faster browsing on slower machines, and also prevent a lot of the flash and java BS you see (and possible prevent malicious script). However, in order to watch youtube or see flash ads, you will have to click on them icon that takes their place, which is easy
7. Try a different browser, Chrome or Safari for windows
8. Buy a Mac

Some of these are better then others. Opinions anyone?

I am of the opinion that if you use internet explorer (any version), you are the complete opposite of tech savy, and are the kind of person who pays for virus scanners.

Football? yes. Football (soccer) no.

But there are a few on the board that do. There was a thread a few months ago about it.
