Mike Lundin update

article on what Lundin's been doing in norfolk. I really liked his positional game, maybe now he has a little more confidence he can come back and be a solid two-way D...hopefully he's put on some good weight too.

Another player screwed out of NHL playing time and a NHL paycheck thanks to re-call waivers.

I never thought Lundin deserved to be sent down in the first place. I fully expect him to be in our top six next season.

It looks like he has found his offensive game and gained confidence in the AHL. If it wasn't for the recall waivers situation he would be playing top minutes for us right now. It's a shame because we could really use him, instead of being stuck with Welch and company.

I didn't either. The kid is Gumby on skates, but his positional play is top notch. He always seemed to be in position and get the puck out of the zone. They sent him down and we got Malik instead.
